Your profile back
Your friends, your groups, and Messenger, which needs your Facebook login.
If Meta disabled your profile, page, or ad account by mistake, we help you ask for a fair review through Meta's own tools.
A Facebook ban can also lock
We read Meta's notice and match it to the rule it names.
Through Meta's own appeal, Account Quality, and recovery tools.
If Meta says no, we look at the next fair route.
Tell us what was disabled, a profile, a page, or an ad account, and what Meta's notice says. We will reply within one business day.
For many people, Facebook holds years of photos, messages, and friends. For businesses, it holds the page and the ads that bring in customers. Meta's systems sometimes disable the wrong account. We find out why, gather the right proof, and help you ask Meta for a fair review.
We only ask Meta to look again at accounts that were disabled by mistake or too harshly. We never help anyone get around a ban, set up new accounts to dodge one, or buy access back.
A disabled Facebook account often takes more with it than one profile. Here is what you get back.
Your friends, your groups, and Messenger, which needs your Facebook login.
Your page, its reviews, and the followers you built up over years.
A restricted ad account stops every campaign. A fair review can get them moving.
Once you are back in, you can download a copy of everything you shared.
Meta has a different route for each kind of problem. We pick the right one for yours.
Personal accounts disabled for a rule break you did not make, or after false reports.

Business pages that were restricted, unpublished, or lost their admins.

People call it a shadowban. Meta can stop recommending content that breaks its guidelines.
How we do itAccount Status checks, then fixes
We check your page, your ads, and your security so it does not happen again.
How we do itA plain checklist and two-factor login
Four clear steps. At each one, you know what we are doing and what you will get.
You share Meta's notice and tell us what was disabled and when.
You getA free ban check
A profile, a page, an ad account, and a hacked account each have their own route.

We write an honest review request and help you with any ID or video selfie check.
You getA request ready to send
We watch for Meta's answer, plan the next step, and help you lock things down.
You getUpdates and a safety checklist
A small flower shop ran Facebook ads for Valentine's Day. One ad was rejected, and soon after, the whole ad account was restricted.
It asked "Still single this Valentine's?". Meta's ad rules do not allow ads that guess at personal details like this.
That ad did break the rule, so the shop rewrote it. We did not appeal the ad itself.
We asked Meta, in Account Quality, to look again at the account restriction. It was lifted.
This is an example to show how we work. It is not a real client.
| Item | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Ad account | Restricted | Restored after review |
| The flagged ad | "Still single?" | Rewritten to fit the rules |
| Business page | No ads running | Ads running again |
| Admin login | Password only | Two-factor turned on |
Being locked out of Facebook is stressful. Here is what working with us feels like.
One contact who knows your account and answers your questions.
If something you posted did break a rule, we tell you, and fix it first.
We never ask for your password. You send each request yourself.
You can ask Meta for a review yourself, for free. Here is why many people still ask us to help.
We work on account problems and appeals across social platforms every day.
Community Standards, ad rules, and page rules each work a little differently.
A hacked profile and a restricted ad account need very different steps.
No passwords, no hacking tools, and your details are never shared.
We use Meta's own appeal, review, and recovery tools, and nothing else.
Ask us anything during your case and get a clear, plain answer.
Sometimes. When Meta disables an account, the notice usually lets you disagree and request a review, but only for a limited time. After that, the account can be deleted for good, so act soon. If the account was disabled by mistake, a clear request with the right proof gives it the best chance.
Read Meta's answer carefully, because it often names the rule. Then we look at what is left, such as Meta's business support for pages and ad accounts, or the Oversight Board for some content decisions. In the European Union, independent out-of-court dispute bodies may also help. If no fair route is left, we tell you.
"Shadowban" is not Meta's word. But Meta can show some content to fewer people or stop recommending it to people who do not follow you. For pages and professional profiles, Account Status shows if anything is limiting your reach. Sometimes a drop is just normal ups and downs, and we tell you which it is.
There is no fixed time. Some reviews come back within days, others take longer, especially when Meta asks for ID. Meta decides the timing, so we cannot promise a date, but we keep you updated at every step.
Meta uses automatic systems to spot possible rule breaks and suspicious logins, along with human reviewers and user reports. These systems are fast but sometimes miss context. That is why a clear review request, with proof of who you are and what really happened, matters.
No, and nobody honestly can. Meta makes the final decision. We promise an honest check, a strong request, and clear updates. Be careful of anyone who promises a guaranteed unban or asks for your password.
