Your number works again
Your contacts can reach you on the same number they already know.
If WhatsApp banned your number by mistake, we find the likely cause and help you ask for a review inside the app.
We help with both apps
Spam reports, unofficial apps, or bulk messages, we check them all.
Through the review option WhatsApp shows when you register.
Simple messaging habits that keep your number in good standing.
Tell us what the ban message says, whether you use WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business, and how you send messages. We will reply within one business day.
WhatsApp is how many people talk to family and how many shops talk to customers. WhatsApp bans numbers it thinks are sending spam or breaking its rules, and sometimes it gets that wrong. We find the likely cause, help you fix it, and help you ask WhatsApp for a fair review.
We only help with numbers banned by mistake or too harshly. We never help anyone send spam, get around a ban with a new number, or use unofficial WhatsApp apps.
A banned number can cut you off from the people you talk to most. Here is what you get back.
Your contacts can reach you on the same number they already know.
Chats live on your phone and in your own backup. Restored access lets you use them again.
Your number is not left in limbo, or open to someone else trying to register it.
Orders, bookings, and questions start flowing again on your business number.

A small driving school used WhatsApp Business to remind students about lessons. One day the number was banned, and the school could not reach anyone.
The school used an unofficial tool to send reminders in bulk, including to old numbers. Many people reported them as spam.
The tool was removed for good. Reminders moved to WhatsApp Business broadcast lists, which only reach people who saved the number.
The owner asked for a review in the app with a short, honest note. WhatsApp restored the number.
This is an example to show how we work. It is not a real client.
| Item | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Business number | Banned | Restored by WhatsApp |
| Bulk-sending tool | In use | Removed for good |
| Lesson reminders | Sent to everyone | Only to opted-in students |
| Chat history | Unsure | Restored from their backup |

Sometimes. When you open WhatsApp and register your number, a banned number usually shows an option to request a review. If WhatsApp agrees it was a mistake, the number can be restored. If the number really did send spam or break the rules, we will tell you honestly that a review is unlikely to work.
Read WhatsApp's answer carefully. If something you did caused the ban, like an unofficial app or bulk messages, fix that first. You can also contact WhatsApp support from the help section of the app. If no fair route is left, we tell you plainly, and help you set up a new number the right way.
"Shadowban" is not WhatsApp's word. When messages stop getting through, it is usually something else: a contact has blocked you, WhatsApp has put a temporary limit on starting new chats, or a business account has hit its message limit. We find out which one it is before doing anything else.
There is no fixed time. Some people hear back quickly, others wait longer. WhatsApp decides the timing, so we cannot promise a date, but we keep you updated and tell you when it is worth following up.
WhatsApp uses automatic systems to spot spam, such as many messages sent quickly to people who have not saved your number, along with reports and blocks from users. These systems can catch honest businesses that message too widely. That is why fixing how you message matters as much as the review itself.
WhatsApp does not keep copies of your messages on its servers. Your chats live on your phone and in your own backup, such as Google Drive or iCloud. If your number is restored and you have a backup, you can usually bring them back. We cannot recover chats that were never backed up.
